Petal & Grace is a boutique floral studio based in Ashburn, Virginia, offering hand-arranged bouquets for delivery or pickup within Loudoun County and surrounding areas.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability. Seasonal or supply issues may occasionally require us to substitute similar flowers of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look of your arrangement.
Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or delivery fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions securely. We do not store your full payment card information.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available within our stated service area (Ashburn, VA and surrounding Loudoun County) for an additional fee based on distance.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within your requested time window, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors like traffic or weather.
Studio pickup is available at a time confirmed by email after your order is placed.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the order, when required.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery/pickup date for a full refund.
Because arrangements are made fresh and often prepared close to the delivery date, we cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
6. Product Appearance
Photos on our website are representative of our arrangements. Because flowers are a natural product, slight variations in color, size, and availability may occur between what is pictured and what is delivered.
7. Intended Use
Our website and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon (for example, wedding or corporate arrangements discussed directly with us).
